Tigh-Na-Sith - Terms & Conditions

  1. Arrival & departure time: The accommodation will be available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
  2. The accommodation should be used for the sole purpose of a holiday and the hirer should not sub let the premises or any part there of.
  3. A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 per week should be paid by cheque at time of booking (completed booking form to be attached) Balance of payment for accommodation to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival. If you are booking within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday payment in full will be requested with your booking form.
  4. The tenant will keep the property and all furniture, equipment and fitments in or on the property in the like state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at commencement of the letting and will make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of letting.
  5. All linen & reasonable fuel costs are included in price.
  6. Strictly NO smoking in the accommodation.
  7. Security – The Hirer undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let.
  8. The number of people in the accommodation should not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless prior arrangement has been made with the owner.
  9. Insurance is advised for your holiday accommodation as in the event of cancellation all monies paid for the accommodation are non refundable.
